Basket ball is popular in China. China has some good basketball players. Yao Ming is a famous basketball player. He is rich.
A4: I like to play basket ball because it's a fun game. Most of my friends play basketball and so we usually play after school in the school grounds. It's good because we can play it in the summer or the winter; because it's cheap and the reare basketball courts all around the city. Sometimes we go down to Xu JiaHui to play with our friends there.
上面的问题有很多答案，我们从雅思的角度来判断：
A1：如果是纯粹的生活对话，这个回答可以接受。然而如果运用在雅思口语考试中，会给考生没有将英语当作一门语言来使用的能力的印象。
A2：考生只在重复问题，并没有真正回答对Whatsport的提问。
A3：基本回答了提问，也给出了相关信息。但所有都是简单句，且句子之间没有明显联系。同时在答案的最后，给出的信息是和所问的问题不相及的，整个答案显得松散无章。
A4：是一个值得肯定的答案。回答了问题，信息充分，语言也非常连贯和流畅。
那么就以上问题来说好答案的标准是什么？我们不难看出，第四个答案中包含了不止一方面的信息：What、Who、When、Where、Whatstories。
这就是部分回答问题的策略。总的来说，考生在回答该部分问题的时候，需要注意两点：1、Answer the question回答这个问题；2、Expand the answer适当地扩充答案。只要把握了这两点，相信在部分考试中一定能够从容应对。
